Centre Manager

Cotswolds Designer Outlet, launching in 2025, is looking for an inspiring Centre Manager!

We have partnered with Multi-Realm to find a Centre Manager to launch, lead and forward manage this aspirational outlet in Tewkesbury.

What you’ll be doing:

Your overarching role objective is to drive income and performance through exceptional commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills. You will run this impressive asset through the setting of the service charge budget, managing expenditure and enhancing performance, daily.

Pre-launch:

• Joining the business approx. 6 months prior to launch, you will spearhead the production and implementation of the launch strategy.
• You will support brand partners in their pre-launch, ensuring their visual merchandising and customer service is up to the highest of standards.
• You will, with support, recruit, train and inspire a centre management team of individuals who embody and embrace Multi-Realm’s core values.

Post-launch:

• Inspirational leadership provision to the site team, service partners, as well as brand partners and wider stakeholders.
• Creation and delivery of the annual business plan and strategy for the site.
• You will actively seek opportunities to enhance income generation.
• You will spreadhead the creation of a community; engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally, you will create and manage the annual strategy with the aim to drive performance.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an outstanding communicator, a true self-starter and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Have centre management experience in either a traditional shopping centre or outlet environment.
• Pride themselves on their business acumen and will be commercial astute.
• Embody and embrace Multi-Realm’s values which can be found on their website.
• A leader that is innovative, inspiring and can engender excitement.
• Have launched an asset previously (this is desirable but not essential).
