Associate Director - Property Management

An interesting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join one of the leading property consultancies. This highly regarded private practice is internationally recognised as a provider of premium real estate services in the commercial arena. Due to a number of new instructions, their existing and highly successful property management team require an additional Associate Director. You will be responsible for:

• Managing a UK wide mixed portfolio, therefore previous property management experience in the commercial arena is essential.
• Proactive property management.
• Liaising with clients, their solicitors and tenants on daily basis.
• Preparing reports for client meetings.
• Liaising with property management accounts team on production of annual service charge budgets, approving reconciliations, rent raising reports.

The successful candidate will be client facing and used to working in a fast paced and commercial environment. You will also be use to managing a portfolio of clients with a range of different requirements.
