Louise Harman is a highly accomplished property recruiter with a vast amount of experience. Prior to joining Foundation Recruitment as a Director, she previously held senior level positions with two other highly respected real estate recruiters.

Her impressive professional track record to date has seen her act on behalf of numerous high profile clients, especially fund and property companies, and recruit an extensive range of property finance, fund manager, asset manager and development professionals.  In addition to the successes she has seen as a recruiter in her own right, she has also shown considerable aptitude for leading teams of consultants and in inspiring them to achieve exceptional results. 

Based at our London offices, she ensures a sustained and senior level presence for Foundation Recruitment in the capital and southern regions. As well leading the team located in London, she continues to execute both search and contingency recruitment for a variety of clients. Due to her longevity in the market, much of her work is repeat business from clients she has partnered for many years.

Outside of work, Louise is an avid skier and an enthusiastic squash player.
