Foundation Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy focusing on the real estate, property, retail, shopping centre management, construction and wider built environment sectors. What we do might not necessarily be unique. How we do it, most definitely is. From our incorporation, our aim has been simple. To redefine recruitment across the sectors in which we operate by setting a new standard and becoming a new benchmark.
In order to achieve this goal, we offer both our clients and our candidates access to a considerable pool of highly specialised expertise. All of our team are mature, senior recruiters with a genuine passion for the sector in which they work. Many also have proven track records first developed as property professionals before making the move into the recruitment arena.
We are also proud of our reputation and respectful of your time. We will only ever seek to build relationships with those we feel we can genuinely partner. If we are unable to effectively advise you as either a candidate or as a client, we will inform you from the outset. We believe that transparency and confidence in your dealings with us should begin at the very first point of contact.
Finally, we may have purposefully positioned itself within an existing and arguably well established marketplace but we are not seeking to re-engineer the tried and tested methods of recruitment which, when executed correctly, work. We are however entirely committed to enhancing the techniques behind them.
