Advertised selection

To help you attract the best talent for a given role and in order to reduce the demands on your organisation's time and resources, Foundation Recruitment can prepare innovative, highly target advertising which carries your brand, ours or both, before placing this in the most appropriate media (both in print and online). We will then manage and sift responses, conduct preliminary interviews of the most suitable candidates and prepare a shortlist of individuals worthy of progression to your own interview process. This shortlist will be fully supported by detailed interview notes on each candidate.

Executive search

Executive search is the ideal option when looking to target particularly senior professionals or those who possess a highly specialist skill set. It can also prove invaluable when time is of the essence. Should you employ this approach, our consultants will first identify and then approach suitable individuals on your behalf, mindful at all times of their position as ambassadors of your organisation. Once a dialogue has been established, we will then conduct initial interviews of candidates before preparing a detailed shortlist on your behalf. Once delivered, we invite our clients to take the shortlisted candidate through their internal interview process, before stepping back in to assist with offer management and completion of the assignment.
